Online Clinic

Balance Sessions are held online via a secure video platform, offering a calm and supportive space to connect, wherever you are. This allows for flexibility, and continuity of care, whilst still holding the depth of an in-person consultation.

Within the online clinic, we work together to gently bring your body back into balance. Each session is tailored to you, your symptoms, your history, and the way you move through everyday life.

Where appropriate, functional testing and practitioner-grade supplements can be recommended, with access to an online dispensary or local chemists across Australia.

This is a space to be heard and cared for, with recommendations that meet you where you are.

BREAKFAST: Porridge with stewed berries and granola

LUNCH: Prawn salad with coriander, lemon, avocado, red onion, and cucumber. Enjoy with corn chips.

DINNER: Roasted veggies - beetroot, pumpkin, parsnip and herbs. Serve with choice of protein.

SNACK: Blueberry and poppyseed mini pancakes serves with maple syrup or honey.

  • 75 minutes - Benny is here to listen to your health and wellbeing story.

    Together, we unpack your current concerns and symptoms, health history, body systems, nutrition assessment and lifestyle habits.

    With this insight Benny will create a your comprehensive treatment plan with practical and actionable steps specifically tailored to you.

    You will receive your recommendations via email within 5 days from your initial balance session.

  • Treatment plans are customised to meet your unique needs.

    Although recommendations will differ from person to person, your plan may contain the following: food guides, day in the life meal plan, recipes, well-being rituals, supplements, and pdf guides for complex health concerns.

    Prescriptions for practitioner only supplements will be linked to your treatment plan with an option to order straight to your door.

  • 45 minutes - Here we check in and see how you are responding to the recommendations. Based on your results and integration of recommendations we can adjust your plan. Always seeking to find the sweet spot between needs, preferences and sustainable recommendations.

    The frequency of sessions is determined by your needs and the level of support you desire.

  • You don’t need to be perfect. My aim is to inspire you to make small or big changes depending on your current needs and preferences.

    Self care does require effort. My plan meets you where you are, we can move at a pace you can sustain. With time and consistency your confidence and health will grow.

  • I’m not here to judge you. We all struggle with aspects of self care. Here I welcome you to share in your struggles and concerns so that together, we can find new ways of living that will leave you feeling cared for and nourished.

  • No, I currently do not accept insurance. However, we can arrange payment plans.

  • At this time I only work with people within Australia. Consultations are online via a secure platform.
